topdoer (“topdoer”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use topdoer.com (the “Site”), how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to the Site and to the ways you contact us through it. Our products (Onda, Orvi, and Faro) are governed by the agreements customers sign with us.

Information you give us. When you request a demo, contact us, or message us on WhatsApp, we collect what you provide — typically your name, work email, phone number, company, and anything you write to us.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we collect basic technical and usage data, such as the pages you visit, the referring site, your approximate location derived from your IP address, browser and device type, and screen size. We use privacy-focused web analytics for this and do not use it to build advertising profiles of you.
Information from third parties. If you contact us through a platform such as WhatsApp, that platform shares your contact details and message with us under its own terms.
How we use information
- To respond to your requests and schedule and deliver demos and conversations you ask for.
- To operate, secure, measure, and improve the Site.
- To send you information about topdoer that you have asked for, including by text message where you have consented (see below).
- To comply with law and enforce our terms.
Text messages (SMS)
If you provide a phone number and agree to receive text messages from topdoer Alerts, we may text you to follow up on your request. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe and HELP for help. Your consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase. We do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers that help us run the Site and respond to you — for example, our form-submission service, email and messaging providers, hosting, and analytics. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
